Can This Model Roll Up?

Yes. This screen is designed to roll up. It features 3 zippers , 1 on each side, creating a retraction feature, and a center zipper, which divides the two panels. This allows you to use the screen in different ways. While this screen can be used on any large structural opening, it pairs especially well with areas that will allow vehicular traffic. This mode includes the rope and pull kit, which gives you everything you need for a pulley system.

What is a rope and pull kit, and do I have to have one? 

This model features buckles and straps, which secures the screen bundle when raised. A rope and pull kit can be used instead to help raise and secure the screen roll in place. You can add a kit to this model without interfering with the straps. 
 

Can I use this on my porch or other area? 

Yes. This screen can work in any area that a Fresh Air Screen can fit. If you do not need to roll up your screen, consider using a stationary screen which has all the Fresh Air Screen benefits, without the roll-up accessories and extra zippers. 
 

How Do I Care For This Screen? 

No special maintenance is required. Leave it up year-round or store it when the seasons change, but don't store it in extreme temperatures or with moisture as this can affect the quality of the screen. For more information, visit our Support Center.
