We are the worlds largest manufacturer, distributor and seller of garage door screens and screens for porches, farm buildings, gazebos, carports, airplane hangers, commercial, industrial, and for other usages, as the large number of retailers that sell our screens would certainly indiciate.
43-45% of all of our screens shipped are CUSTOM SIZES to fit individual consumer requirements and we can do that in a timely and professional manner because we have a factory here in Indiana, that has over 60,000 s.f. of space for manufacturing and warehousing and that factory also has over 30 years of experience in sewing of all types of material and product. We are very proud that we can say and prove that our screens are made in the U.S.A.

Fresh Air Screens Company produces four basic screens of eight standard sizes, plus we produce the screens that require custom sizing here at our factory.
Our four basic screens are as follows; all four types are Velcro mounted and can easily be installed and / or removed:
Model A: No zippers, while providing the lowest possible pricing for a quality screen. This screen DOES EXACTLY WHAT A SCREEN IS SUPPOSED TO DO, which is keeping insects and debris out, while letting fresh air and sunlight in. Very inexpensive, while maintaining great quality. Does not in any way interfere with the garage door opening or closing.
Model B: One zipper, normally in the center of the screen but the exact location of the zipper is the customer's choice. Allows easy access to screened in area. Again, very easy to install and remove, at a very fair price. Does not in any way interfere with the garage door opening or closing.
Model C: Two zippers, one on each edge of the screen. This allows the screen to be rolled up without having to remove the screen from the opening frame. Allows cars and other vehicles easy access through the openingsor unobstructed views from porches or other locations when desired. Does not in any way interfere with the garage door opening or closing.
Model D: Three zippers, the third zipper is usually located in the center of the screenbut might be located elsewhere, to allow easier and wider access than either of the screens that have only two edge zippers would allow. Does not in any way interfere with the garage door opening or closing.
